Our Salmon Products

Ocean to store we do it all! The Captain Jerry Rogerss of the F/V Torpedo has worked for us over the years. We get our fish straight out of the inlet and into the smoker, they go 200lbs at a time. We use 100% of our catch and there is no waste. We are working to get heads and half dried bones in the store soon. We have to make sure we meet all our product permitting requirements. We will be updating the page with traditional methods to eat and use the salmon.
